First off, goals can be very powerful and we recommend you keep setting them. They are a tool to keep you moving forward on the path to your wildest dreams. When you look in the mirror tomorrow, take a moment to inspect your flaws. Accept them. Then give yourself the time you deserve to focus on your strengths. The qualities that make you a good person. Or the discipline you built to do your everyday, mundane tasks and be the dependable person the people around you count on. Lead yourself through the day with the qualities that your children, partner, or friends see in you. Let those qualities shine the brightest and lead you on your way and provide the support you truly deserve from yourself.
