Olympic Lifts

It is so imperative to understand that a powerful hip extension is the foundation of your lifts.  On so many occasions we see athletes rush through the movement and have questionable or completely lacking hip opening (and triple extension), before reversing their direction and attempting to get under the bar, cutting their movement short. Olympic Lifts are technically demanding and brute strength will only bring you so far before you plateau.  Having sound form will allow you to continue to grow, improve and increase those numbers.

In short, with ALL Olympic Lifts, the rule we all must be reminded of is "NEVER SACRIFICE UP FOR DOWN".
