INTENSITY

Intensity.  This is a word that you will likely hear over and over and over again here at Black Tusk.  You're probably thinking "what's makes intensity so important?"

In short, Intensity is your average power output (force x distance / time). This means that if you know how much work you've done and you know within what time frame you did this work, you can actually calculate your power output, or your intensity.  This makes your workouts quantifiable.

Favorable results are driven by intensity.   The greater the load you are able to move in the shortest amount of time you are capable of will produce your maximal power output or intensity.  So whatever goal it is that you want from your exercise, it will comes faster with increased intensity.

In short, do more work in less time (safely, of course),
