 The first open workout is announced this Thursday! For many of you, it's a first and we can't wait to be part of the first step of your journey!  Here's a few details:  - Programming from Monday-Friday remains unchanged. - Saturdays from 9:30am to Noon will be an open house for all to come do their open workouts. Friends and family are welcome to cheer us all on! Come early, stay late :) -This is NOT limited to just people who are participating in the Open. Even if you refuse to register (though we encourage you to), come in and do the workout for fun! -If you can't make Saturday, we will work with you to make it up during one of the other classes. -Saturday Team Workouts will be on pause for the next 5 weeks and will start once more after the open is complete. -Last point, which is the most important....HAVE FUN.
