Tis' the season...the season of the flu, common cold, step throat and the list goes on. It's all bad and unfortunately you or someone you know will get sick this season. Most people think they can 'sweat it out' of their system or they'll magically feel better after a work out. Not only is that not true, you're now putting the rest of the community at risk!
The nature of high intensity workouts need for you to be as close to 100% as possible, so do yourself and your friends at the gym a favour and REST REST REST! Don't get us wrong, we love seeing you in the gym and don't want you to stay away for too long but we want you in tip top shape. Trust us, you'll live to WOD another day!
